Our Ergonomic


Essential training is given to the worker to promote safe working behaviour in relation to the environment, work process, individual capacity, and management/organisational structure. The training is tailor-made to the workstation/process and applicable to outside-work situations.

Current research supports ergonomics training takes a worker-participatory approach to improve caaryover and effectiveness. The training includes: relevant body structure ( anatomy) and function (physiology); wellness concepts; common musculoskeletal conditions; occupational stress; preventive measures and specific practical demonstrations. All participants are awarded certificates of attendance. Refresher training is done annually

Gilson Timire (GT) is an Advanced Physiotherapist Practitioner with over 28 years of experience. GT is currently working in the UK Aviation sector as a Manufacturing Engineering Ergonomist. GT is also studying for a NEBOSH

 International General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety. GT is registered with the UK Health Care Professions Council; Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapist (UK); Chartered Institute of Ergonomics & Human Factors AND Ergonomics Society of South Africa
